WEBSITE TRANSFER & HOSTING FORM

These Terms and Conditions govern the website transfer and hosting services provided by The Marketing Hub Limited ("the Company"). By signing or submitting an order form you agree to be bound by these terms.

DOMAIN NAME REGISTRATION (IF APPLICABLE)
A one-off registration fee of £20.00 + VAT applies, with an annual renewal of £20.00 + VAT unless the domain is managed independently.

WEBSITE TRANSFER
A one-off transfer fee of £100.00 + VAT applies to migrate a third-party website to our hosting environment. This covers the technical migration of site files and database only. Any remedial work required due to the original build, missing files, or compatibility issues will be scoped and quoted separately prior to commencement.

HOSTING AGREEMENT
Hosting is charged at £120.00 + VAT per annum, invoiced yearly in advance. A 12-month minimum term applies. This includes secure server space, routine server updates and monitoring, and technical support relating to hosting issues.

AMENDMENTS & ADDITIONAL WORK
Any work outside the scope of transfer and hosting will be charged at £45.00 + VAT per hour, unless otherwise quoted in advance in writing.

EARLY TERMINATION
If the hosting agreement is cancelled within the 12-month term the full remaining balance becomes payable immediately. One month's written notice is required.

OWNERSHIP & TRANSFER OUT
Website content and files remain your property. Hosting will not be released until all outstanding balances are settled. Technical handover support for transferring away from our servers is available at an additional cost.

E-COMMERCE (IF APPLICABLE)
Where your website includes e-commerce functionality, you are responsible for the management of products, orders, and updates. Additional migration or setup of products beyond the initial transfer can be carried out at an agreed cost.

THIRD-PARTY BUILD LIMITATIONS
As your website was originally developed by a third party, The Marketing Hub Limited cannot accept responsibility for issues relating to the original code, theme, or plugins. Any remedial work required will be scoped and quoted separately.

PAYMENT
All prices are quoted exclusive of VAT. Payment is to be made by Direct Debit. For businesses trading for less than 6 months, a 3-month advance payment may be required. Statutory interest may be applied to overdue payments under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998 at 8% above the Bank of England base rate.

ANNUAL PRICE REVIEW
Fees may increase annually on 1 April each year with no less than 30 days' written notice.

DATA PROTECTION
Both parties agree to comply with the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.

LIABILITY
The Marketing Hub Limited is not liable for downtime caused by third-party issues, loss of data, or interruptions beyond its control. You are responsible for maintaining adequate backups.

GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
