Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern the website backend support services provided by The Marketing Hub Limited ("the Company"). By engaging our services you agree to be bound by these terms.

SCOPE OF SERVICES
The Marketing Hub Limited will make every reasonable effort to ensure the effective performance, functionality, and security of your website backend. The scope does not extend to unrelated issues, integrations outside the agreed remit, or third-party hosting, plugin, or software not specified in this agreement.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
You agree to: provide full access including all required login credentials and permissions in a timely manner; maintain up-to-date backups of your website and data to prevent loss during troubleshooting or updates; inform The Marketing Hub Limited in advance of any planned server, hosting, or software updates; make timely payment of all fees.

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
The Marketing Hub Limited shall not be liable for: accidental data loss, corruption, or website downtime arising from backend troubleshooting or updates; plugin or hosting incompatibilities or failures affecting website performance; security breaches, malware, or unauthorised access stemming from factors outside our control, including outdated software or third-party integrations.

SERVICE MODIFICATIONS
Any requests outside the initial scope require a written agreement including agreed costs and timeframes before work commences.

TERMINATION
Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days' written notice. All outstanding fees must be settled in full upon termination.

INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold The Marketing Hub Limited harmless from any claims, damages, or costs arising from backend issues caused by factors outside our control.

PAYMENT
All fees are invoiced in advance. All prices are quoted exclusive of VAT. Statutory interest may be applied to overdue payments under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998 at 8% above the Bank of England base rate.

ANNUAL PRICE REVIEW
Fees may increase annually on 1 April each year with no less than 30 days' written notice.

DATA PROTECTION
Both parties agree to comply with the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018. Your data will be processed solely for the purpose of delivering the agreed services.

GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
