By engaging with our services, clients agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Services The Company provides Virtual Marketing Management services as outlined in the chosen package. This may include but is not limited to content creation, social media management, website updates, email marketing, SEO, paid advertising, and strategy development. Services are tailored to the client's needs and agreed upon in advance. Contracts and Cancellation Contracts for Virtual Marketing Management services are flexible and can be terminated by either party with one month’s notice in writing. Due to the nature of our work, which involves pre-planned content creation, campaign execution, and ongoing strategy development, one month's notice ensures a smooth transition and service continuity. Clients are liable for payment of services during the notice period, and the Company will continue to provide agreed-upon services until the end of this period. Access to Accounts To perform marketing services effectively, the client agrees to grant the Company access to necessary platforms, including but not limited to social media accounts, websites, email marketing platforms, and analytics tools. The Company will take all reasonable precautions to safeguard login credentials and will only use them for the intended marketing purposes. The client is responsible for ensuring that access permissions are provided in a timely manner. Any delays in providing access may impact service delivery, and the Company will not be held liable for such delays. Payment Services are billed in advance, and payment must be received before the commencement of services. Clients will receive invoices detailing the cost of services and payment terms. Failure to make timely payments may result in the suspension or termination of services. Any additional services requested outside of the agreed package will be quoted separately and require client approval before commencement. Client Responsibilities Clients are responsible for providing accurate and timely information necessary for the provision of marketing services, including brand guidelines, business objectives, and campaign-specific details. Clients must respond promptly to communications from the Company regarding content approval, campaign changes, or other service-related matters. Delays in approvals or feedback may impact performance and service delivery. Confidentiality The Company agrees to keep all client information confidential and will not disclose any sensitive information to third parties without prior consent, except as required by law. All client data, account credentials, and proprietary information will be stored securely and used solely for the purpose of delivering the agreed-upon services. Limitation of Liability The Company will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to loss of data, business interruption, or consequential damages. While we take all reasonable steps to ensure the effectiveness of marketing strategies, results cannot be guaranteed, and the Company shall not be held responsible for the impact of third-party platform changes (e.g., algorithm updates, account restrictions, or platform outages). The Company's liability for any breach of these Terms and Conditions is limited to the fees paid by the client for the services provided. Termination of Services The Company reserves the right to terminate services immediately if the client breaches these Terms and Conditions, fails to make payments as agreed, or engages in unethical or unlawful activities related to marketing. Upon termination, any outstanding fees will become due immediately, and the Company will cease providing services. The client will be responsible for revoking any granted access to platforms and marketing tools. Changes to Terms and Conditions The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions.
