Off Server Website Signup

If the client does not already own a domain name, The Marketing Hub Limited can register one on their behalf at a one-off cost of £20.00.
An annual renewal fee of £20.00 will apply unless the domain is managed independently by the client.

System Development & Maintenance

The Marketing Hub Limited will design and build the website based on the agreed functionality and features outlined during project scoping.
A 24-month minimum term of system support and maintenance applies, covering updates, plugin maintenance, and technical support.
This will be invoiced monthly in advance unless otherwise agreed.

Start Date & Project Commencement

The project will begin once The Marketing Hub Limited has received the completed order form and any initial payment, if applicable.

Content

The client is responsible for providing all required content including imagery, copy, downloads, and other assets as requested.

Amendments & Additional Work

Work requested outside the agreed scope will be charged at £45 + VAT per hour.
Additional standard pages can be added for £45 + VAT per page.

Early Termination

Should the agreement be cancelled within the 24-month minimum term, the full remaining balance will become payable immediately.
A one-month written notice period is required for cancellation.

Ownership & Transfer
The website remains the property of The Marketing Hub Limited until all balances are settled.
Should the client wish to transfer the website to another provider after the 24-month period, technical handover support can be arranged at an additional cost.

E-commerce (if applicable)

Up to 10 products will be added initially, with the option to migrate or input more at an additional cost.
Ongoing product management will be the responsibility of the client, with training provided as required.

Code

Under no circumstances is the client or any third party under instruction from the client allowed to touch or alter any code produced by The Marketing Hub

The client is not allowed to download or copy any code within the custom built system.

The client is not allowed to sell or distribute to any other person or company.

Server

The Marketing hub will not be held responsible for any server side/php issues relating to out of date or corrupt software or scripting language

The client maybe held responsible for any coding costs as of a result from the server or scripting language updates without giving The Marketing Hub prior notification

It is up to the client to make sure that the data is backed up and secure

Liability

The Marketing Hub Limited is not liable for third-party hosting issues, downtime or data loss when hosting is managed externally.

Payment

All prices are inclusive of VAT.
Payment is to be made by Direct Debit unless otherwise agreed.
For businesses trading for less than 6 months, a 3-month advance payment may be required.
