Should the client not already own their own domain name then The Marketing Hub Limited will be happy to handle the purchase of the desired domain name by way of a one off registration charge of £20.00

An annual renewal fee of £20.00 will be charged for renewal of the client’s domain name.

The Marketing Hub Limited will build and host your website for an agreed minimum term of 24 months under all options.

Registration costs are all payable in advance of work carried out by The Marketing Hub Limited.

Hosting costs are charged monthly in advance.

The start date of your hosting will be from the date The Marketing Hub Limited receives your signed order form as this will be required to build your website.

Additional standard pages (not sections) can be added to a website at a cost of £45 +VAT.

Upgrading current package mid-term to other available options will result in relevant price increase and extended contract length.

Website amends on all options are charged at £45.00 per hour or part thereof.

Following the initial 24 months term all options will continue to roll at monthly intervals.

Should a client wish to take a website to another host then under all options the contract must be paid up in full, with an additional release fee to be calculated at the equivalent of 6 monthly payments of the initial agreement being applicable.

A notice period of 1 month is required for all cancellations.

All websites shall remain the property of The Marketing Hub Limited until all outstanding payments have been settled.

All prices quoted are subject to VAT at the current rate.

Preferred payment method is by Direct Debit on the same day of the start of your contract of each month.

Should for any reason an order placed for web design need to be cancelled prior to completion an hourly fee of £45.00 + VAT for work already carried out will become applicable.

Businesses less than 6 months old will be requested to pay 3 months hosting in advance.

Enhanced hosting payments maybe due if the current site out grows the allocated resource.

Content should be supplied in whole by the client inline with our guidance.

On average websites take approx. 6 weeks to build on the basis that content has been fully provided in the required format.

E-commerce websites:

The Marketing Hub Limited will manually input up to the first ten products on behalf of the client or in the instance of an already existing website transfer (if possible) all products.

Products are otherwise to be managed by the client with training provided.

If it is not possible to transfer products from an existing website, a plug-in may be available at an additional cost.

Management of e-commerce websites are charged as an additional service.

Whilst we strive to maintain the highest standard of service, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or the integrity of data on hosted websites. In the event of website downtime or data corruption, we will make every effort to rectify the issue promptly, but we accept no liability for any resulting loss or damage.
