Social Media Management Order Form

Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of social media services provided by The Marketing Hub Limited (“the Company”) to its clients. By engaging with our services, clients agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Services
The Company offers social media management services to clients as outlined in the chosen package. This includes but is not limited to content creation, scheduling and monitoring.

Contracts and Cancellation
Contracts for social media packages are flexible and can be terminated by either party with one month’s notice.

Due to our scheduling process, which involves content planning in advance to maintain consistency and adequate monitoring, one month’s notice of cancellation is required.

Clients are liable for payment of services during the notice period, and the Company will continue to provide services until the end of the notice period.

Payment
Services are billed for in advance, and payment must be received before the commencement of services.

Clients will receive invoices detailing the cost of services and payment terms.

Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and timely information necessary for the provision of social media services, including brand guidelines, content suggestions, and access to relevant accounts.

Clients must promptly respond to communication from the Company regarding content approval, revisions, or other service-related matters.

Confidentiality
The Company agrees to keep all client information confidential and will not disclose any sensitive information to third parties without prior consent, except as required by law.

Limitation of Liability
The Company will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to loss of data, business interruption, or consequential damages.
The Company’s liability for any breach of these Terms and Conditions is limited to the fees paid by the client for the services provided.

Termination of Services
The Company reserves the right to terminate services immediately if the client breaches these Terms and Conditions or fails to make payment as agreed.

Upon termination, any outstanding fees will become due immediately, and the Company will cease providing services.

Changes to Terms and Conditions
The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions.
